Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)

Design / Project Architect / Resident Architect (2003 – 2007) Worked at BTA Architect 

• Involved in the design development and contract administration of the 1,000 acres Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) project. PKFZ consists of 8-storeys office blocks, Custom and Immigration Checkpoint, 512 Units of Light Industrial Warehouse.

• Monitored, controlled and coordinated the construction activities of a 135-rooms business class hotel and a 9,000 sqm Exhibition Center at Port Klang Free Zone so as to ensure the works are executed smoothly and in accordance with drawings and specifications.

• Project Architect for a residential development in Shah Alam, which consists of 98 Units of Semi-Ds and 55 Units of Bungalows.

• Involved in the contract administration of a mixed residential development at Bandar Saujana Putra, which consists of low and medium-cost apartments, and 108 Units of 2-storey terrace house.
